This free helpline provides access to licensed professionals, personalized support, and counseling for cancer patients and their loved ones, by phone, text, and video chat through the National Rural Oncology Cancer Support Community Cancer Support Helpline.

Breckinridge Memorial Hospital has partnered with the National Rural Oncology Collaborative  at Community Infusion Services and Cancer Support Community to bring comprehensive cancer care to your community.  In partnership with Cancer Support Community, the National Rural Oncology Collaborative and Breckinridge Memorial Hospital are providing free state-of-the art support services right here in your community.

 

Our free cancer support programs include five core components: ​Support Services, Education, Healthy Lifestyle, Social Connections, and Resources & Referrals.​ We offer interactive sessions led by health professionals or volunteers focused on healthy lifestyles, educational programming, support for patients and loved ones impacted by cancer.​

Done with treatment and on the road to recovery? A survivorship program that includes group support, exercise tailored to abilities, training in relaxation and stress management, tips for nutritious eating, as well as additional resources is available to you. ​
