NOTICE OF BLUE DATA EVENT

 

September 17, 2025 – Breckinridge Health, Inc. (“Breckinridge”) recently learned of a cyber event involving its financial and accounting vendor, Blue & Co, LLC. (“Blue”) and which may have impacted the information of certain Breckinridge patients.

 

The privacy, security, and confidentiality with which vendors treat Breckinridge’s patient’s information is among Breckinridge’s highest priorities. We at Breckinridge have worked closely with Blue to verify those patients of ours who were potentially impacted by the cyber event and Blue has confirmed it is notifying potentially affected individuals, including Breckinridge’s patients, for whom a valid mailing address is available.
