Minimum Requirements:	High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year of maintenance experience required.
Skills Required:	Performs a wide variety of general and specialized service, maintenance and repairs on hospital building and associated equipment and responds to service calls from patient units. Lifting, pulling, pushing and climbing.
