Qualifications:	Active Kentucky PTA Licensure. BLS Certification.
Job Responsibilities:	Needed for both Inpatient & Outpatient settings. Assists in treatment of residents/patients as directed by the Physical Therapist and participates as an active member of the facility’s therapy team.
​Skills:	​Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Physical Requirements:	Walking, standing, bending, and lifting.

Hours:	Weekdays 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
